Clear as in what clarity...because most of the pics were taken with the same shitty camera.

I think I'm gonna buy myself a DSLR for Xmas.

Can't wait to be able to take some real photos!

Washed the car for the first time since I got it back!

Damn...it needs a serious re-paint...!

I can just see all the blemishes here and there now after all the wear and tear, getting keyed, rock chips!

Some pics that I think are more "clear and focused"

Good side shot IMO.

Front shot.

But my favorite are the series I took in the garage and I think it's because the lighting.

Hope that helps...the CL was dead for a year so I haven't taken any thing recently.

But will soon now that the mutha is alive and kickin' again!

This was the damage from the dousche bad that bumped into me @ the red light a month back

Fuckin guy gave me the wrong phone # or disconnected it and he actually doesn't have AAA Insurance according to my claim representative.

They sent this beotch several letters and calls on a different number and he hasn't responded so Progressive told me they had to close the case.

I just don't believe it's that easy to get away...

DO I HAVE TO GO TO THE F*N POLICE STATION OR SOMETHING???

Because I have his Driver's License number, can't they do some shit?

Perfect. I need a vehicle to "draw" for my CAD class and i figure the CL is a good challenge because of its lines. The end result will be similar to what lipstuh has for his avatar

^ That's what I said...based on that customer service I'm leaving!

Been with them since 2004 and that's the best resolution I can get.

I just don't believe that you send out 6 letters and if no response you close the case! Fuck that!

NICE! I took a year of CAD in high school and messed with CAM for a minute.

Shoot me a PM or something with the final outcome!

Yeah, that's pretty crazy!

I had something somewhat similar happen to me a few years ago. The driver ended up not having a license and the car had the wrong tags on it with no insurance of course.

Geico ended up assigning me some special claims/investigator person that personally made sure I was taken care of. They took care of tracking down the people and getting all the money to pay for damages. They even made the other person pay my deductible

If my new job works out it should happen sooner than later.

CL gets completed and then a new project begins.

Fa sho! Most definitely gonna be hearing about it.

I'm gonna do an individual write up on it.

I haven't installed it yet but every thing is PERFECT!

The test fitted it into place and it's exactly what I was looking for and the quality was excellent.

Matching OEM carpet it totally blends in with the trunk.

Hopefully I'm gonna be having my guy wire it in this weekend or sometime middle of next week.

What are your thoughts on running two subs firing at each other?

.... what are the odds of that huh?

Two subwoofers firing at each other in sealed enclosures in a trunk is not a great idea. I've done twin custom enclosures in many cars but make it work by tipping the subs rearward a tad so they are not firing directly at each other.

This can't be done in many cars because of the unsymmetrical trunk layout. The 2nd gen CL and TL both have the jack and jack tools on the passenger side which makes adding a box over there near impossible.

On that note, I know a guy who can make a single small subwoofer blow your mind in a custom enclosure in that car. I don't remember hims name.

Sorry to hijack your thread Noah. Carry on.

Hehe. Yea, I think I know the guy youre talking about.

PS - I still get compliments about the box in the trunk. I love the sound and how it takes up little to no space.

Yo. Will these work for my Road Lamps?

Some peeps are running them I think on the 2nd Gen TL side.

Would like to convert these POS's to something decent.

Was thinking the 35W Kit with 6k [Since I have 6k above]...just don't know WTF.

I feel like a moron for posting these questions...

There has been so much discussion of this topic but consequently now I don't know what to think.

Is there a better kit that's easier to run based on our CL's special needs?

Just need clarification because I'm a bonehead...

You want to use them for the headlights or the road lamps? Either way will work, but I never understood why people want HIDs in the road lamp housing. Thats glare city.

Yea. The optics on the road lamps suck. A few on here disagree with me though. Theres a reason Honda didnt put more then a 5W bulb in them.

It doesnt help that they are plastic either.

Definitely a good point to note.

Maybe I'll scrap them and just go for the '03 inserts.

Got the Progress Rear Sway Bar and Ingalls Rear Camber Kit yesterday. Noticeable improvement on the highway on-ramps/off-ramps.

Also, finally got my rear knuckle issue resolved! FINALLY! After, 3 years! lol

Turns out the dumbass who had the car before me swapped some parts with a TL rear end and they were smaller.

I had picked up from some guy in Sacramento a used complete knuckle and we had to swap like 3 pieces of it to complete the actual knuckle assembly.

But...in light of that...that's a secret mod for people who wanted to run more aggressive wheels in the rear. lol

The rear wheels sat in like an extra 1.5-2" and it easily held up for 3 years of wear and tear. lol
