Chrome 19's + differently painted bumper
Yes I know it needs to be lowered, i have H&R's in the garage that will go on next spring along with Illumina's. I also plan on new Brembo blanks and probably powdercoat the calipers silver or black, again next spring. Otherwise I'm done with mods, just need to throw in the blitzsafe and subs.
I also had the bumper repainted due to hitting a retread on the highway. I had them paint the fake fog light things and all the black plasic body color. It makes it look cleaner imo, and takes away that 'v6 mustang non-foglight look'.

Can't wait to see it when it's dropped. I like the wheels. If you can swing it, I would get the Rotora Slotted instead of the Brembo blanks. I have them on my CL with Greenstuff pads. Works great.

Insurance paid $250 and I had to pay an extra $300 for them to fully strip/prep the bumper & plastic parts + paint.
And it was a higher end bodyshop in my area, fvck the dealership I dont even let them wash my car, let alone paint it.

20% sides, 50% front windshield, 5% rear window.
BTW you guys think I should throw the mudflaps back on? I took em off because I just clay bar'd it, and am gonna do my pre-winter polish, but they left a couple scuff lines that I know wont polish out. Do they really prevent chipping on the side skirts & back bumpers?

my friend as a PDG 01CL-S like mine and he didn't put mud flaps on his and on his car the rear bumper definetely takes a beating (always dirty with small chips). The side skirts are not as bad but still some small blemishes. I know people say the car looks cleaner without put I just paid alot to have mine repainted. I did buy a new set of mud flaps and was going to have them painted the same color, but now that Ron is making the body kit I'm just going to hold off. In short I say put them back on but have them painted to match....best of both worlds. Just my two cents.

Yeah but i've read that paint doesnt stick extremely well to them, and spending $100 for something that is designed to get rock chips seems a bit backwards. I'm gonna put em back on just for peace of mind.

I am going to buy those same exact wheels!!!!!!!! Not to cop your style, i have been looking for a while and was wondering what they would look like on a cl b/c i searched and found alot of 3rd gen tl's with those zenetti's, but they look amazing. I couldn't decide between those and the ronjon inspires but you have shown me the light. I am very impressed with how they match up with the car. Did you have to have the offset customized? I thought they came with something like a 20 or 30 mm offset. Congrats man and hope you don't mind me bitin your style. Do you anticipate any rubbing issues with the drop (sport or oe sport, not race i hope) b/c i have the sport drop ?

I bought them VERY lightly used off the blackmarket for $1k + my stock wheels. The tires alone are $230/piece, and the wheels are about 400/piece, so I got a decent deal. Not a mark on them.
And getright they are the standard +45mm offset, I've seen it listed on more than a couple sites so its not a spedial order offset. I suspect that the rear fender lip MAY need to be massaged, but it depends on how much negative camber it gives me.
I plan on going with a 235 or 245/35/19 for the next set of tires, as the 225/35 are way too narrow for the 8" width, and they look stretched.

No customization needed, just what i like to hear. If you don't mind, what are some of the sites that you saw these at? The best price i have seen them for is at street dreams. Those things definetly look dope.

Just playing. I do love the wheels. They're what I wanted for my car. But never could find 'em for sale any where.
