fixed.

325 whp. Every 6-speed CL-S with a supercharger puts down that kind of power.

Then it's a bad dyno.

:edit: Unless it's trying to calculate crank horsepower and not wheel horsepower. Even still, that's a stretch.

so, explain to us; what your goal was to post this?

this doesnt tell us anything about your car.
there isnt an a/f table.
there isnt the weather conditions.
we dont know if its SAE corrected.

what we have here is an over optimistic dyno.

how much did you pay to get this done?

You just need to to calm the fuck down. i posted it because well.. i thought it was quite a high number based of my mods and i knew it was incorrect compared to every other dyno i have seen of this car. pay attention to the title of the post please.

It was on a Dyno day and i paid $40. is that okay with you ??

Lol what?! The only thing it says is 325hp and 01 CL. If you know enough to get your car dyno'd, then surely you know that this thread started with absolutely no relevant information. You know what else has "crazy dyno numbers..." a god damn tube-framed power wheels with a blown Hemi.

Naw, you just made a potentially cool post, but ruined it by not including any info. Not sure why you would just post the picture by itself, duh people will say wtf.

@ Justn....

OP can you list all the mods on your car....
also can you list what gear the dyno was done in?

Justin whether corrected or uncorrected or the weather on that day the dyno numbers wont be off by more than 10HP....but dyno-ing in a different gear will def throw all the numbers off by almost 20% on a AT...20% of 325 is ~65HP !!!

Lulz. Only person that has their period is you, OP. No offense. How can you start a thread with "crazy dyno numbers" without any other information than the numbers? For all we know it could've been a S/C, turbo, or nitrous car. Justn is giving you a hard time because you basically made a useless post missing a lot of info. Lol @ Justn btw. You could've said something in your post regarding 'this seems really off, my mods are ............ and it was on ........ dyno, etc, etc.

With that said LOL @ the numbers. Even with a 20% CF and 65whp lost that's still 260whp. Not happening on a 5AT CL-s with I/H/E. You may put down 235-240whp max, but nothing more. What other cars were there and what did they put down? If you were putting down 325whp in your 5AT, if you went to the track you should be trapping ~106-107. FYI, I'm a 6MT (3.0L) with I/Catless DPs/E/3.7 intake manifold/TB/Runners/Pulley and I'm 'only' putting down 270whp. Backed up by ~104mph traps. And there is a TL Type S 6MT (3.5L) with similar mods as me only a ported stock IM and throttle body putting down ~305whp and trapping 104 as well.

I was running late for work when i posted the pic and im sorry for not posting more details. It was just crazy to come back to the thread and see all the shit talking so my bad once again.

25 cars dyno'd and they were doing 2 pulls with everyone. my first run came back as 321 2nd came back 330. they were very surprised by the numbers them selves and went again for the 3rd time and got 325.

I knew the numbers were not correct at all for my car based of what i have seem here.

Im going to try getting it done again at a different dyno shop.

We don't mean to be rude, OP.

Do you remember any of the other cars and what numbers they put down? Or what kind of dyno it was? What shop was it? Even crank hp that's way high.

others were putting down what they were expecting to. my friend put down 249.8 in his 1990 Sr20 swap. everything in his sr20 was stock.

the only other thing i can think of is that there was a 800Hp Surpa that went right before me and possibly got the dyno too hot. although they did wait 15 min to run my car after that.

I also ran my W210 E55 which makes 354 at crank and that car put down 303HP..

Like i said im a novice at this and really have no clue as to why the numbers were so high.

Video of the first 2 runs

Has the engine of the car ever been opened up prior to your ownership?

I bought the car from the original owner 2 years ago and he drove his car alot for work and his work paid for all his maintenance which he got done at the Dealer for almost 10 years.

The engine looks like a stock J32 besides my upgrades.

Hmm. Something is fishy. If that E55 put down 303whp that's extremely odd considering you put down ~20whp more. Get a vid of someone driving your car vs. your E55 or something. Or go to the track? Like I said, you should be trapping 106-107 or so if your car is putting down 325whp. 250 in a stock SR20 swap seems a bit high to me, but 303 for an E55 seems right on par with the crank numbers. Maybe he was being nice to the imports? Jk. Definitely odd though.
