aem intake and hks axleback. and it has 110k miles on it.

 

That dyno must be on steroids!! Its reading almost 235-240 peak. No way Intake/Axleback on an 01 realisticly produces those numbers! Not saying you are BS'ing or anything but the dyno needs to be calibrated or something.

 

yea that dyno looks like.. it has headers, intake exhaust, and possibly pulleys and spacers. for an auto to make that much hp.

 

why do you think i was in shock.but it does trap 97.4 at the track. so i don't know. i'm not going to pay for another dyno run. i can't afford it.

how much would you guys say your average shop will bill for a dyno? on average.
so cal dyno'ers? <----whatever that means.

 

most shops around here charge 70 a run.. too $$ if you ask me

 

a stock auto CLS should be around 200/170 ish whp/tq i thinks.

 

i was hoping for 200 at the wheels. he charged $75 for 7 pulls as opposed to the normal 5. he gave me two runs because i didn't believe the numbers.

 

where is it that your from o1s? those prices sound more like it as to $70 for ONE dyno run per Kevin.

ya the shop i asked wanted that much.. for 1 stinking run... or 350 for 1 hour.. however many runs u can get in an hour.

 

aah found a better shop who dosent price gouge.. here is their prices:

1. $75 for 3 pulls
2. $125 per hour for a single vehicle
3. $125 for 3 pulls with Air/Fuel Ratio Documented
4. $175 per hour for a single vehicle with Air/Fuel Ratio Documented

 

that's still too much. the ones around here only charge about $15 more for a/f. 75 for 3 runs with af sounds about right.

 

damn you all got owned. I payed $45 for 4 runs with AF, I'm going back for a self tune for $90 for an hour with AF.

If your car really is getting that and there is no problem with the dyno, congratulations!! you have a factory freak... a good one.

got my car redynoed today.
231/203 hp/tq.
temp was a little colder, but the humidity was higher.
i have to wait until i go back up to my moms house to use her scanner.

yeah same mods. i have headers now, but not on the car yet. i also have tein basic coilovers and volks waiting to be put on. i don't have a camber kit yet, so they have to wait.
