Zaino for the first time?

I've never used Zaino before....but everyone seems to really rav about how great it is. It sounds like it is a multi step process?? Does anyone have recommendations where to buy, how to apply, etc. I want to keep my new 6-speed, anthracite looking in top condition. THANKS!!

Check the Zaino website. It may seem like alot of work up front, but trust us, it gets easier after each application. Haven't done mine in like 5 or 6 months, but in May, I have my Saturday mornings back, so I will probably be putting on 6-12 more coats after I clay it!

Can't wait for that shine!

Sorry for the late reply, I missed this thread last night.

As for purchase recommendations, the BARE MINIMUM would be a bottle of Z-1 and Z-2.
Although I would recommend upgrading the Z-1 to ZFX.
For ten bucks more, it completely replaces the need for Z-1 and allows faster drying times and the ability to do multiple coats in a single day.

After you’re convinced that you like Zaino, you can try out their other fine products.
I would definitely recommend the Z-6 “Gloss Enhancer Spray” and the Z-7 Car wash concentrate.

Be sure to check out www.zainobros.com for lots of great FAQ’s and application instructions.

Here's a few shot's of Zaino proof.

The car is brand new so I had to get the dealer wax off.

"Dawn Wash" , "Clayed" and "Dawn wash"

3 layers of Z5/ZFX with Z6 inbetween.
3 layers of Z2/ZFX with Z6 inbetween.

The date says 1/1/2001 (I never set the date on new cam!)

The reflection on the door is my house

Shawn, thanks for stepping in and showing those on the fence that Zaino is the way to go. You're several layers ahead of me at this point, but I'm going to catch you eventually. Your shine is f*&#ing incredible and it gives the the motive to get my ass in gear and slap some more Zaino on!

Not bad for a car that's been in constant use since 2000, eh? (ignore the bumper damage - damn women drivers rear ending me!)
