Just making sure. I think it's just the different coloration throwing me off, but they look slightly different in shape.

Would suck to spend $350 on parts that don't fit.

Btw, what different bulbs would be needed in them? Would our '01 bulbs work in them?

PM H@mmerm@n, he has it DONE already!!!! I think he said the only mod was some black tape on one of the light sockets because it was too small. He can give you the details!!! They are an exact fit as far as I know. He will give you the details!!

Wayneg: Is this part the same for both sides? The taillights have different numbers whether left or right, but is this socket the same for both sides?

Also what is/are the part number(s) for the harness(es) for those of us who would rather spend a couple more $$$ to avoid soldering sockets?

 

I am wondering if that is the correct number for the harness because I ran that part # through acuraautomotiveparts.net and what I got was the harness for the license plate bulb, which wont fit the turn signal tails for 03, am I wrong about this?

Instead I thought about ordering the 2003 TL harness and splicing the larger socket onto the existing harness.

I am with you JRock, I want to order the taillights for my 01' but I just want to make sure what parts I need( the harness) . I want to order everything at once, so I don't have to be scrambling around once I get the taillights. I want the harness, I realy don't want to splice the wires.

Does anyone know if ACP will offer the tails with the harness. Like they offer for the TL's?
