WTF Acura
I just got this email from Acura World. Is Acura really is excluding the CL and the TL from the recall............
Our insider sources have sent us a draft copy of the soon-to-be-released TSB for
the latest Acura MDX recall on transmissions. For all those that have heard
about the 2nd gear lubrication issues, here is the inside track on what they
will soon be telling you. You must be registered and logged in to view the
attachment.

If I said that I got that E-Mail I’d be admitting that I signed up over on that website at one point.

Bleed Honda Blue
I just did a couple recall for MDX today. You have to take 5 pictures throught the speed sensor hole, download it to a computer and compare it to honda photos. All I am looking for is blueing in the 2nd gear. If the color of the 2nd gear look normal, all I did was install a oil jet kit. This is a stupid kit that shoot oil on top of the second gear. I don't think that will work but
. Hmmm.... I think I should install one in my CL-S trans, what do I have to lose.
