I have had my rims only two weeks now. Last Sunday, we had a meet in Kansas city. While traveling through construction on I-35 I hit a gash in the road and blew one of my tires! I was relly mad. Buy today I found out I ruined my rim! BRAND NEW. I have had the car since July and already replaced the starter, and window regulator. Being a married full-time college student means I have NO money. So I am rolling around on 3 chrome wheels, and 1 stock wheel. How embarassing! I am calling the Attorney General tommorow to try and make a claim with the state. New rim costs $300. Help a man out? $5 ?

have you taken it in to see if they can fix it? It most likely can be fixed.

as long as there are no hairline cracks or regular cracks you should be fine w/ just getting it fixed. Look up rim repair shops in your area.

 

Chrome will crack, then they have to rechrome it. Cheaper to buy new!

 

You should put all of your stock rims back on, instead of just one. It looks really bad that way. Probably not good for traction either.
