Winter storage time

Snow came early this year. Fill up the tank and put 40 pounds in the tires. Nothing but quality time in my 94 Accord for a few months.

I'm almost with you. The 97 prelude needs new brakes before it's ready to rock. We are getting or second snow fall as I type, I thought I might get another month in before this happened.

The best part is come spring time, I'll appreciate the CL 6MT even more.

Hmm...wouldn't you want to drain your tank for the winter? Or does filling it up prevent corrosion? =x

woah who told you this nonsense! so what your saying is that even on stock springs the front end is lower on an auto than the standard? because both share the same stock springs.....and on that note that means that ALL vehicles auto transmission sit lower upfront than stick, this is what your saying you believe right?20 bucks says i can show you 2 03's- auto and 6speed on the same springs and you wouldnt be able to tell which one is which...unless your a good guesser

Yea I'm just saying that the manual cls6 is less front heavy than the auto model, and when you lower it with springs, the front will sit higher on the manual then on the auto. H&R Sports tend to give the most even drop with the 51858's from what I've seen, though. I was just curious to see how the Tein H-Tech's looked on the OP's car.

I can e-mail you a few pics to show you what I mean if that will help, so we don't mess up this guy's thread with off-topic conversation. Pm me if you wanna chat more about it/see pics of what I mean. Peace...

You guys are funny, you'd be sad to see how dirty my CL-S is right now from the snow/salt we get up here.

I couldnt imagine not having a nice radio, heated seats, and loads of power everyday, even if it is cold as hell outside.

I dont feel bad driving the Cl-S in the winter because i know in the spring it gets alot less miles because I drive this as much as I can in the summer. (gas $ and weather allowing).

I'll post up a pic of my dirty as sin CL later today, just to make you guys who store yours for the winter feel better.

6spd weights 3446 lbs
Auto weights 3510 lbs

So yes the 6spd sits slightly higher, and yes this has been proven with pictures and its just common sense

No keep your tank as full as possible it helps to keep moisture out

Back on topic...
I have been driving my explorer ever since we got our first snow a few weeks ago and the CL has been in the garage. However my inspection runs out in the middle of winter so I have to drive over to the dealer next week for my inspection
