Window noise.

I located a rattle that some of you guys may also have. When you're driving on a highway and go over an uneven surface do your windows rattle a bit? I was hearing a noise coming from the passenger side and decided while driving with the other hand to press against the window (as if I were pushing it out). The noise was gone! Jens, Wayne, Anyone know if there is anything that I can do to eliminate this noise? It's almost as if the rubber seals aren't that tight ior should be lubed in some way. What do you think???

Stop off-roading your car dammit!
Ok seriously I noticed that too, sounds like the window sits loose in the door, I bet if you put a piece of foam in the crevase it would stop. Only problems with that are:

A. Finding "the Spot" to stop the rattle
B. Not applying the foam piece soo tight it burns out the motor.
C. Not applying the foam piece to an area that the arm will cross over and rip it off.

Both sides for me. Just noticed it within the last two weeks. Within the last month this car has become quite the rattle box. Less than a year old. Not very impressed with Acura right now.

We haven't had any comments on this, but it sounds as if maybe there is an adjustment to be done. You are talking about with the window closed- correct?

With the window totally closed it makes these sounds. I tried to just tap the switches to move the window without making it open to see if this makes a difference and it doesn't. If you open the window there isn't any noise, just the wind. Thanks for the responses guys.

are you talking about the air coming from the front door molding (the silver piece that goes around the door)?

Nope, this is a window rattle noise. Like the gaskets are not tight enough or something.

Anyone figure out how to make this window rattle stop? I have the same thing and it's driving me crazy. I hate it when my car rattles. It makes me feel like I am driving a piece of sh@#.
