Yep, under the dash... open the passenger door, remove the panel that says "fuses"...

The owners manual is an important link...
When the cars were new, we could just tell people to check the owners manual... but now that the cars are six to nine years old now, people don't always have the owners manual... Some cars are on the 3rd or 4th owners, and the manuals have gotten lost along the way...
