offset maybe um now that i think about it...it s the opposite of what i said. if you put typeSwheels on the AC6 you'd need the spacers the AC6' are a lower offset ...with that in mind...are you asking because you saw mine for sale in the black market section?...they are you know...with two sets of tires

stock vs stock with stock tires on the accord ex wheels weigh about 42 pounds and the type s wheels weight 49

so about a 7+/- 1 pound

the typeS wheels are +55 offset and are very high for an accord V6 wasnt trying to sound smart ...and i dont think its bad advice ...if i put my cl-S wheels on my wifes accord i WILL add wheel spacers to avoid the break squeel my friend experienced on his accord..im not sure the accord offset but ill bet it's no higher than +45 ...whats 10 mm anyways
and BTW he wasnt asking about putting typeS wheels on his accord he's asking about putting accord wheels on his typeS so to whom am i giving the bad advice?

what kind of break squeal are we talking?? Granted my calipers are positioned pretty close to the wheel spoke but I don't hear anything at all. I think your friend's problems can be traced to sonmething else.

moderate break noise with slightly excessive break dust on the front wheels that only seems to occur when he has my wheels on which have been on and off his car on 4 seperate occasions.

Ok, i have really mild squeal as well sometimes when the pads are cold. (I have AEM's). I also had these pads with my stock 15" steelies and the noise was there too.
