will comp. springs go with this size rim?

can somebody tell me if comptech drop with 18" x 7.5", 43 offset aand 225/40/18 tires will go together. I really want to see pics of comptech drops. I did a search, but the pics have red X's. I already ordered the wheels, but I want to drop the car without problems. can somebody please let me know.

Yes it will work..

You might get the occasional rubbing during hard turns or really rough roads..

I'm planning on 18x7.5 +42 or 18x7.5 +45 wheels.. haven't decided which one yet.. and from the things I've read and seen from others, there really isn't a problem..

But you probably will have to trim the little bumper tab if you haven't already done that..

thanks for the feedback, but I just want to know, besides the cost of the springs and the installation, is there anything else I need to pay for or do to drive around with comptechs?

Yeah, definitely get an alignment done after getting the springs installed.
