That car looks like ass, and the ride quality must be terrible. 22's are meant for trucks , not for performance luxury cars, at most the car can look with 20's , why do people do this to cars and ruin such a beautiful car, tsk tsk. Is it me or does this forum, as well as most others tend to immediately degrade a car they deem to be "ghetto" "hood" or "ballin". There seems to me to be an underlying streak of thinly veiled racism when talking about cars on a lot of chrome or anything over 19". The same could be said about any car with a few stickers on it being "rice". I mean I, for one, agree that the CL on 22's probably rides like ass. But if the owner likes it, why instantly assume he is an ignorant "homie"? It seems silly to me, since we all customize our cars to our own tastes.

It's the same thing as sportibike riders and Harley riders not acknowledging each other as they pass. I mean, we're both on bikes aren't we?

I don't want this to turn into a political or social argument.. It's just an observation I've made...

Those girls are ok if they're nice. But the car with 22"???? Has he ever used a mirror in his bathroom? I'm wondering why he didn't put 30" all the way instead of just 22". Just a bit more to make it look like a locomotive. Better yet, he can use train's wheel, big enough and don't need tires.

 

I've see that car rolling around before... He's a couple towns over from me...

I'm not sure if he's on here... but I know we're got a couple of people from Bristol RI that check in a couple times a year....

no im not offended nor do i think its racism like someone said before. but KANABAL does make a good point. just because a car has big chrome rims everyone automatically starts with the yo homie stuff. just because you have 22's on a cl doesnt mean your "hood". im sure we can all agree that the guy in the pic who im sure is the owner is no where close to being hood. yes people there are people outside the hood who put big rims on there car that dont exactly look good. the rims are ok just not on a cl.

i go ot RWU in bristol RI, i have definitely saw this car around since i drive up there and back every day....4x4ing all the way, and the grills are not that good. theres a few other CL's around there that are not done up to nicely...
