if so what mods do you guys have. On a dry road of course.

Mine has chirped twice and I wondering if it
should be chirping more often.

Bingo -- you are a smart person. The car will ALWAYS chirp going into 2nd on paint strips and on very smooth concrete (like you see in parking garages).

mine has three times...i have cai and springs...i notice this and it makes the most sense when i light them up off the line it chirps second reason...because ive lost so much traction initially im going slower when it shifts into second...less inertia

mine chirps on just about all road types, except loose roads where they will spin for a second. No hp mods, and I doubt just the k&n drop I have has any effect.

I have about 8000 miles on the stock tires, and they were rotated at 7300. Always chirped.

Just did it with the A/C on and 108 reading on the temp. gauge. Anybody know if the A/C shuts off if you go WOT. It feels like it, performance and A/C temp.

I was just out a few minutes ago too and chirped a few times. I have headers and intake now. The car chirps MUCH more often with the mods. It is definitely related to driving surface. I always chirp on smooth asphalt surfaces, sometimes it feels more like I'm laying a patch of rubber
With the mods, I've even chirped on rough, slightly ridged CONCRETE a couple times

Mine chirps all the time going 1-2. It chirps louder and harder after the CAI was installed.

Sometimes when I really nail it the VSA light will shine for a second on the 1-2 upshift.

Temp or road surface doesn't matter much.

I also think it louder than a chirp, more like a BARK.

Mine has a couple times. Not really too special considering my 1990 Accord did this before I wore out the clutch, but it was a manual, I guess sticks can generally do this in any car if you know how to do it.

Yea, I used to chirp 3rd in my '95 Integra after changing to 205/45/16 Dunlops. My stock CL-S hasn't done that yet, but chirping from 1st to 2nd isn't too hard.
