I was there getting my 15000 mile service.
Everything went pretty smoothly. If u ever go to pohanka to get your car serviced, ask for Jerry, he will take care of you.

are you referring the Radley in Alexandria (Columbia Pike) or Karen Radley in Woodbridge.

Karen Radley services my other car and they are really good. They are also more than $100.00 cheaper than Pohanka on the 30K service.

The service was 125$ and it consisted of everything our manual says should be done at the 15000 mile service, Page 211 of the owners manual. Ive been going to pohanka since i bought my car there and the service there is good in my opinion. Remeber to ask for Jerry though...

I haven't gone back to pohanka for service yet, I got my first oil change and tire rotation done at a private shop at 6k miles. I'll probably only go back to the dealer for warrnaty work or more vehicle specific work.

i'm talking about radley in falls church, not karen radley in woodbridge...i might have to check out karen if it is a lot cheaper, why do u think diff dealers charge diff amounts for hte same work?? i was talkin to a service rep at radley and he says that all the things that say "check this...or check that..." as a service is bullshit...he says they dont check anything...straight from the horses mouth...thats why i want to find a diff dealer even though i live right next to radley...i wish we had a park ave acura aroudn here...

I've learned to go in with a list of things for them to fix and then ask questions when they don't say anything back. For example, I am getting a vibration in the wheel when I hit 78-80. Tire balancing and rotation is supposed to be included in the 30K service. I'll tell them right off that I'm concerned about the transmission and that I've been reading a lot about tranny problems in the CL-S. I'll know when I drive home whether or not they actually did anything.

minla007,

I know some of the service guyz at Radley (Columbia Pike), and they are pretty good dudes. If you're not happy with the service you got, are getting or gonna get, and you live next door to them, you need to speak to the service manager. For my 15K, I simply had my oil and tranny fluid changed--I did not pay for the bogus Acura "15K rip-off." I've also dealt with Karen radley in the past. Send me an eMAIL--we'll talk.
