Who leaves their lights on?

I was just curious how many of you leave your lights on at night? I leave mine on cause I like how they go on when you unlock your car. Just taking another poll.

You cant, the only thing you can make them do is go on, by just always leaving the lights on.

Nope, I don’t do it.
I have lights from my garage door opener in the morning and parking lot lights at work.

I would also be afraid of the additional drain on the battery every day.

I always leave the Lights on because I like how they look when I unlock the car too.

Bolt of lightning!

I'm not worried about getting into a bad habit because the loud ringing noise lets me know that the lights are on.

It's also impressive to "passers by" when you flick the HID's on with your FOB.

Wait wait, I didn't know about this. You can leave your lights on in your car like two clicks up thing and shut the door and lock the car and they go off? Then you can come back and unlock the car and they go on? Thats pretty sweet, does it hurt the battery. And how long does it take for them to go off? :P

Yeah, if you leave your lights on and close the door they go off in like 10-15 seconds. When you hit unlock or open the door they come right back on. Pretty damn cool.

the lights remain on for ten seconds if you have them in the "on" position, regardless of key or not.

Once you beep the car, they turn on again.

Its a feature stolen from Mercedes

what we're saying is that u leave the lights ON when u leave the car...in like 30 seconds, they automatically turn OFF...then when u come back and unlock the doors, they go back ON again...altho someone here learned the hard way that there can b ways to "trick" the car into keeping the lights on until battery goes kaput!! i'm not out to find that one out, tho

the coolest thing i love bout our lights is that when u turn them on from having them off for a long time, they flick on real dim and then get brighter after a second...my friends practically jizz every time i drive them around bahahahah!!!

I always leave them on...for the coolness and for the safety. And as a bonus when people are just walking buy the car and I am not around it...like inside a place looking through a window...I will make the lights come on...It kinda freeks them out cuz they dont know if they did that or not!

DID YOU ALL KNOW THAT IF YOU PRESS THE UNLOCK BUTTON ON YOUR REMOTE & FAIL TO OPEN THE DOOR WITHIN ABOUT 30-45 SECONDS THE DOORS WILL LOCK AGAIN? TRY IT, IT'S PRETTY COOL

Just don't do the most bone-headed thing I've done with the keys. Load up a bunch of groceries in the trunk and lock the keys in the trunk. Walk 4 miles home, break into house, get spare key and walk back to car. Lucky the frozen foods didn't all melt cuz it was 90 degrees out! The car is "almost" idiot proof.

Lights always stay on at night, until I get home when I turn them out. Don't need them in the morning.

If you unlock the door and the headlights come on, they will go out if you don't open your door. If you hit the remote and unlock the doors again, the headlights will not shine. Just hit the remote and (re)lock the doors, the yellows will flash, and then hit the remote and unlock the doors again. The headlights will charge up (come on) again. Pretty cool.

Oh sweet, I did this tonight, There was this girl and guy at the resturant they were about 2 years older than me. I kept looking at her the whole time she was sooo hot. hahah, she was looking back too and as was he (little pissed) oh well. Anyhow after paying my check and getting up I hit the unlock as I walked past them and just smiled hahahah those babies turned blue right into the glass of the resturant windows. HAHAH SWEET DUDE.

LOL, I leave them on as well(as well as fogs)... and it's another excuse for me to park my car right in front of the glass windows of restaurants...
