I am in the San Gabriel Valley, but work in South Bay, I took a buddy of mine to get his Integra tinted here, the work was excellent, they still carry the real black 5% limo stuff too, most places in LA are'nt carrying that anymore. I believe he paid about 143.00 for all windows, including a strip across the front windshield. Just remember, you gotta take that back seat out, if you want to tint behind the brake light, they can probably do it for you for a fee, but I never trust a tint shop for that kind of stuff, last time I did, I found plastic tabs all over the floor, etc. They get to do my tint, thats it, I prep everything for them, like little kids.

I went to a place in Van Nuys called Sunshield. His tint job, in itself, was actually pretty clean. However, he had broken off a couple of tabs when he removed my rear deck/seats to tint the rear window. The matrix portion of my rear window is decent- not perfect, but definitely better than other jobs I've seen.
I suggest just stopping by shops and looking at their work.
