Where do I write Complaints To???

What is the name and address to where I write complaints to about my car and dealership? I'm talking about the main Acura Headquarters.

check the acura website. they have a section where you can email them. but honestly all they are going to do is send you a generic letter saying they apologize for whatever wrong doing they did and that they will do their best to accomodate your problem.

I'd start here:

Acura Client Services
Mail Stop 500-2N-7A
1919 Torrance Blvd.
Torrance, CA 90501-2746

I've written to Acura three times over the last 10 years. I've always received hand-signed letters that specifically addressed my issue. Nothing generic or boiler-plated.

Nothing was really resolved (nor did I really expect it), but they do provide personal service.

You are lucky to have received a hand-written letter. I wrote a letter to Acura Customer Service complaining about the awful service I received at my local dealer (it took them 4 attempts to replace the clouded headlights on my new CL...plus the dealer scratched the front bumper). After 3 months and no response from Acura, I called to inquire about why they never acknowledged my letter. I was told that they don't send letters but had documented my complaint. Wow....now that is incredible service. Not only did the dealer care less about the service I received, but Acura themselves also seemed to ignore my complaint. It sure makes me think twice about owning their products....even though I've owned Acura's since 1986.

Hand signed, not hand written.
