I melted my dome light and wiring by using the wrong bulb. I know I have to take the headliner out to get to the wires, but where can I buy the harness for it?

 

Dealer item only if you want new. You could also find one out of a junk yard or someone parting out a 2nd gen CL or TL

A little off topic but are there any instructions on the forum how to take out the headliner?

 

You have to remove all of the pillars, seat belts, overhead console (map lights and sunglasses holder), dome light, overhead handles, and above the back seat there is a disk with a slit it it. Use a quarter or something of that nature to remove it. That's about it.

It doesn't look too hard to replace. you might be able to leave your headliner in place and fish the wires through.
