My current build getting completed, ferrea 36mm intake valves and 32mm exhaust, Webb cams, aluminum rocker arms, bench flow port job from the throttle body to the heads, still debating the rods, j32a2 block with a j37a1 crank shaft and traum tall dome 90mm pistons. I want to use the slick fab billet rods but a tad worried about the different expansion rates since I’m not doing drag. Found a guy making whipple kits so that’s what’s next after the motor is dropped in lots of other goodies in ole girl suspension wise. Hard race everything with pillowball bushings, running multiple strut bars, lower ties, trunk strut, rear deck strut, front subframe brace, seat belt strut that goes along the floor. I added 1.5 degrees camber up front and .7 in the rear and I had the rear towed in the tiniest bit and also the front to try to get rid of the TQ steer. I have a 29.5 mm rear sway bar and an eibach front sway that I can’t think of the exact diameter right now. Currently running BC DS coilovers with swift springs but looking to go fortune auto as I am currently trying to get them to build a 2way for me. Also running FALKEN AZENIS RT660 XL tires and I’m rockin a carbon hood and trunk. New 19” rare rims going on soon as well. Lots and lots of other stuff I’m not thinking of I’m sure.

 

ummm, sorry to say no one really posts here. its kind of an obscure area that used to be for posts about street racing or other competitive events. but 2g is so old pretty much everyone uses the main forum for the few that still look.

btw, is that a gold badge & trim on the hood? you should delete that like people do with chrome trim, doesn't really go with the carbon.

Honestly at some point I’m going to do red carbon emblems and grill but as of now I’m going to keep it gold only cause mine is already 1/228 cause it’s Navi with onstar. I like the gold which makes it even more rare. Plus I got the black smoke wood grain wheel. Too bad it’s too old. I’m gonna see if I can liven this forum up again for 2g

 

I saw your car on abc channel. Loved the idea of your suspension setup. Can you share some pics of suspension items? what bushings. I emailed hardrace about some of their items rollcenters, arms, etc but have not heard back from them.
