whats wrong with my lights?

whats wrong with my lights?
my left fog light was off the other night, and now its on. my left headlight sometimes turns off. the turn signal(when it isn't flashing) is off right now. any theories on what i can do to fix it?

If warranty remains, take it in, could be potential Electrical problem.
