ok guys i have the comptech headers and exhaust, with the aem intake and pulleys, i need to know what you guys think my next mod should be, speed wise not the suspension. oh yeah i have new 2 1/2 piping with high flow res. so i open for ideas.

 

Nothing really left except for Spark Plugs I think. Also, get the Crank Pulley from Unorthodox, but it ws suppose to come out sometime this month. All other things you gonna have to wait.

get some lighter wheels, denso iridium spark plugs, random technology cat, RES (if it ever comes out), change to synthetic oil either redline or royal purple, 50-75 shot of NOS.

cheap way

just clean out the car and get rid of all the dead weight in the car i.e. floor mats, cd's, stuff in the glovebox, spare and jack, high beams, road lamps, engine covers, etc...

Yeah, get lighter wheels that actually spin fast when your car goes and make a big difference, or gut your car (CD's? you've got to be joking me) for an extra 50lbs of weight, so now your car weighs 3510 instead of 3560 OMG OMG HOW COOL WOW.

Even if you get 50 lbs out of your car, the most it would help is something like 0.10 (at MOST 0.15) secs in the 1/4 mile..., but taking out the glovebox? high beams? road lamps? fear

hey man you know how they sound already, they were on the night that we last raced, oh yeah i had the headers on that night too. thats why i hit the rev limiter so hard cuz i was not used to the change. and was going to have a little fun with you until yo had a little run in. hope your not mad. and ill call you before we bounce cuz me and the boyz got a new racing spot cuz national is way too hot.

Well hell by the time it comes out, you might as well
drop $750 on the ECU now(sell it later), because who really knows when the sc is going to be released. And what's $750 dollars if your gonna spend 5k on a sc later?

You should get sway bars next for suspension mods.

 

I'd put a little effort into the tranny if I were you. I don't know what...but there ought to be something.

 

Nitrous,ignition,crank pulley,RES,ECU or MM2,lighter rims,dry cell battery saves 20lbs, take out spare and jack,tq converter. Then if you want go really far, get a Carbon Fiber hood, switch to 1 exhaust pipe running straight out the back, that will lose weight and give you a few more hp.and racing seats probably a 25lb loss per seat. Or for the same amount of money go buy a GSX-R600 or a R6 and go twice as fast.

 

oh yeah replace all steel body panels with fiberglass ones and lose a lot of weight. Then turbo -prep the engine and throw a turbo on it. you would run 9's, maybe even 8's.For a least a day until your car exploded.:P

 

Yeah... and if you can get the car to drive itself, you can take out another 170-200 lbs...
