What tint job looks the best for illinois laws?
I want to tint my windows, just think it might look like shit cause IL doesnt allow you to tint the front windows and ive gotten ticketed for it before... any pics from someones cl would be beautiful..thanks..

this is my opinion.
i have never gotten hassled because for one, u can see me inside during the day and part of me at night. its not black.
i find it that upper end cars with tint get hassled less cause they figure older people are driving and they mean no harm.
Cars like your escort or other lower end models that have tint may get hassled cause they figure some kid is inside.

I have 35% Llumar Stealth tint on all the side and rear windows. Have never had a problem with the police. Got stopped for speeding a few months ago and the cop didn't say a word about the tint.
You should be fine with 35% all around. Anything darker and you may have some problems.

I would go with a mirror tint that fades into a black with a silver cl or all mirror. i have mirror that fades into black (35%) on my AV6 in WI and have never been hassled for it by cops.
