So my battery dies earlier in the week so i get it replaced, great. So i cant find my keys momentarily, and i go to my "trusty" spare keys and the car wont start....im thinking WTF....I think there is something else wrong with the car because my spare keys have workd before. So i leave it alone for a while, find my regular keys and it turns on fine...The next day my dad tries to use my spare keys.....car wont start. It then dawns on me to try the original keys. The car works fine.....has anyone else had this problem?

Is the imobilizer light flashing on the dash? When I first got my CL, I had to bring it back to the dealer because the valet and spare key would not start the car.

 

re-program your spare keys. Bring it to the dealer
