What is an Eibach Anti-Roll-Kit

I was just on the Eibach site under the application guide for our car... and this popped up:

Nevermind. Spaced out for a minute...

Dived deeper into the site and found this description of the anti roll kit:

Eibach Anti-Roll-Kits...
Precision Handling for Precision Driving.

While the Eibach Pro-Kit spring set is regarded as the major suspension tuning device, the Eibach Anti-Roll-Kit allows critical fine-tuning of the vehicle's handling characteristics. Eibach Anti-Roll-Kits further reduce body roll through increased design stiffness over stock bars. The added stability is confidence inspiring under any driving condition.

With Eibach Anti-Roll-Kits...you get a little more "Eibach" and a lot less "Roll"...

Reduce body roll when cornering
Allows fine tuning of vehicle's suspension for precise, crisp predictable handling
Designed to fit specific vehicle without modification
Cold formed from high-strength, aircraft-grade steel for longer lasting performance
To find out if an Eibach Anti-Roll-Kit is available for your vehicle, go to the Application Guide on the menu to the left. To find the nearest dealer, use the Dealer Look-up.

...or maybe they're those big outriggers they install on Mitsubishi Monteros/Isuzu Troopers/Suzuki Samurais when they do roll-over-testing.
