sorry for that rude post...haha this is gonna sound retarded... but one of the reasons i went from my 2000 4cyl accord to my CLS was because i was tired of getting beaten by stupid ass guys in trucks hahaha, anyways you should have whooped him and told him to take his truck off road where it CAN, and actually should try to perform...if he's going to do anything fancy...

i don't know man but i saw that truck running on miami okeechobee track and i was kind of fast i don't know the guy but i least i know i sound loud as fck beside that its the only car i race since i got this car ..

I smoked an 03 Honda S2000 the other day. When he caught up to me, he told me he miss shifted. Of all excuses on can make, he was probably just surprised i hit so hard when the light turned green. I remember there being smoke, loud squeeling noises and me hoping there weren't any cops around and an S2000 in the rear mirror....hahaha

with credit to that truck that beat gonsalez...if someone gets a truck and chips it, especially the powerstrokes they can go very fast. my friend has a f250 with newly worked turbos, 10in. exhaust, and chipped and i know that i would get beaten by so many car lengths.

so those trucks can be very powerful sleepers.

>The G6 and Focus were both highway encounters; the Focus I later found out was a guy who ended up working at the lake where i lifeguard.

Damn seeing threads like this makes me so happy I went with the CL-6!

I'm trying to think of what races I've had:

1. 350Z, automatic, performance exhaust - I won.
2. F450 ridiculous lifted pick-up truck - I won.
3. G35, automatic, stock - I won.
4. RSX-S - I won.
5. Mustang GT - I won.
6. BMW 328i - I won.
7. M3 - I lost.
8. S2000 - kept up through traffic, never got a chance to actually race.
9. Solara - was too small in my rear view mirror to see.
10. Random hooked up Saturn - also too small to see in my rear view mirror.

So far my CL-6 has really impressed me, ESPECIALLY on the highway or off a roll.

scoopin, please, for the love of god get a damn drivers side headlight lol. Thats the only thing ur CL is missing!

And since i got my 15's on, i've killed 2 scion tc's, a cobalt, probe, accord, and 2.5s Altima, bmw 325 (95ish). The car accelerates alot better with these much lighter wheels on. I dont really race cars that i dont think i'll have a chance of beating, so my only real losses are to an 03 maxima, cadillac seville, New mustang GT (just wanted to see it go lol).

I raced a 00-04 Viper awhile back, don't know what year exactly. I didn't have headers then.

Now that I have headers I'm sure I could take him if we raced again.

I went to the track a couple months ago and saw a lifted F250 w/ topper and huge tires run a 13.1, and that's at 5400 feet! A simple ECU chip on those can gain at least 50hp/tq crank, if not more. Damn FI, damn it to hell! Only because I don't have it...

sadly enough, I know a couple people that would probably say that being serious, you gave me a good laugh though.

As far as cars I've raced go, there's a pretty short list, but the most impressive was a WRX wagon w/ upgraded turbo, ECU, downpipe, up pipe, exhaust, etc. I stayed with him and probably would've slowly passed him but we ran out of room. The driver's a friend of mine, so I know he was trying. The funniest part is, the next time I saw him, he told me that night was motivation for his new turbo. Now, I know I don't have a chance. I think the last time he dynoed, he was around 350+whp.

Impressive, I am surprised the WS6 didn't pull on you more, don't those put down over 300+ to the wheels? I would think it would be a driver's race between a S/C CL-S and a WS6.. but good kills nonetheless.

just beat a 3.2 tl type s by 1-2 car lengths in a 1/8th mile drag. (i had an intake - he did not). Shows you what an intake is good for! anyone know the weight difference between a tl and a cl?
