Weird shifting sensation, any ideas?

Weird shifting sensation, any ideas?
I noticed that only between 1-2 shift that my car does this about 75% of the time. When it shifts, you feel it shift and you see the rpms go down, and then you feel like a 2nd shift but its not really a 2nd shift, the rpms drop about another 300-500rpms more and its in the gear. Only does this on light throttles, has done it once on medium throttle. All gears shift smooth still except 1-2 shift which is really the only gear I do feel the car shift on now. It has 3500 miles so far.
Any ideas? Car hasn't been abused at all. I also noticed last night, when I was on the freeway about 45 and had to get on it to move over, so I pushed it to the floor, car shifted slowly down to whatever gear it hit, but when it did this it felt like it hit the brakes a little bit then it hit it. Starting to get me a bit worried.

have them check the TCU, or whatever the Throttle Control Unit is called in our cars. I had them fuix mine and it shifted better, I still fucking think it shits like a fucking piece of shit but that's another story between Myself and Acura and the BBB. But when they did fix the TCu I also got much better gas mileage. I used to get 110 for half a tank now i'm getting 150.

Yeah I have the issues NNH got cured by fluid changing. I am at 27k and change so when I go in again I will be at 30k and will do oil&filter, tire rotation, pollen filter, tranny fluid flush or whatever it's called, and whatever other things I think of.

I think sometimes when your doing light throttle and taking your foot on and off the gas right about at 40-45 the computer is trying to figure out what gear to go in and may cause a wierd shift or drop in rpms
