WD-40 and windows?

I saw some posts where people from First Generation
used WD-40 to lubricate their windows so they don't vibrate/make noises on the way down.

I wonder if I should try to do the same on CLS...the window will probably get greasy and messed up.

In my previous thread a while ago - I mention that I am having driver window vibrating and making noises on the way down.

Any suggestions to fix the problem by lubing, or take it to the dealer?

Not WD-40, but silicone lubricant, you can get it at any auto store. You spray it inside, where the window comes out of. Works well, makes your windows a bit greasy the first time you raise them, but wipe that off and you are good. It lasts for a month or so and then you have to do it again. But, with our crappy regulators it's a necessity.

Just pull window all the way down and spray silicone lubricant inside the opening?
Hmn, every month you have to re-apply this?

I'll try this.

Did you have the same problem? My window vibrates on the way down only....
