Voodoo shift knob is a must for 6 speeders!!!

Im not kidding this knob is fawking awesome....I cannot express how nice this knob feels and heavy...boy I would say more than 3 times than stock....284 grams to be exact....anyways look at the pics they speak for themselves.

bought it through ricks2k.com for $129 including shipping and it feels like Platinum heavy....perfect accesory for our interiors.

this knob screws right in like the stock knob but its countersunk...notice how low the knob sits making the throws much shorter and the weight makes the throws so precise also because of the Titanium you feel exactly how the gears shift through your hand....simply awesome

looks nice. Matches with the interior trim.

You should try my OEM Honda one sometimes, it feels so smooth and silky.

Looks great. Was any modification needed to the boot?

Dude that rocks

I am getting one for sure but probably not the titanium one because 129 is a little high for a knob.

As J.T. said did you have to make any mods to the boot, and is that the S2000 knob from ricks2k.com

Did you do something to the boot for the pic because if looks alittle baggier than mine

Yes I did change the shift boot I took off the plastic trim that holds it up to the stock shift knob...it wasn't necessary but I thought it looks the best. All you have to do is tie wrap the leather boot to the metal rod and lift it up to make it look natural....The pics don't make it look as good as real life it blends very nicely. It would of been great to have it engraved with Type S but I didn't know if it fit...so if anybody is interested have it engraved for an extra $35 from them. The weight alone makes the shift feel very different.

The knob I have in my sentra is aluminum and I think my hand might stick to it on winter mornings, and I might loose my skin when I leave work and it has been sitting in the sun all day

Looks nice, but you lose the bligin type-s logo

I had a aluminum knob on my Mustang, but it just got too hot in the summer. I didn't have any tint though, so I'm sure that didn't help.

I thought about this too, but since my car is garage parked at home and work, I don't think this will be a real issue. Also, for a few bucks they sell a nice little 'sock' for you to cover your knob when the weather is inhospitable.

I just got the one for the S2K -- 'Rick' suggested that it would work and if it didn't I could return it. I cannot imagine there is much of a difference in the boot size -- we'll see

I thought it had a red Type-S logo on it. I dunno, I don't even have mine yet and only drove the 6 speed for a couple minutes.

btw the m3 knob goes with the m3 because the chrome matches the trim...your trim is brushed aluminum so you picked the right one. Lose that boot tho...

Yes SIR I already ordered the new leather shift boot with perforated leather and silver stitching that will match the car. I also ordered the knob sock for the cold days....that M3 knob was one of the original pics that urged me to change the stock knob. Have you seen the Porsche one its hot also and heavier than mine...must be a true GEM

I thought about this too, but the nicer MOMO ones also are around $100. With that in mind, I don't think he's overcharging too much for a real titanium knob. I went into a tuner shop and played with some of their knobs (:ghey:, I know) and was not impressed with the substance/weight/size of what was there. I do have big hands -- one of the things that got me to order the Ricks knob was the size and weight.

I liked the plain knob. I didn't want a logo. I think one of the negatives of something like the MOMO is that it has their name all over it.

bullaculla - look at the write up on ricks2k website if you want to see what lou means by the TypeS or pattern logo.
