Versus kit modified front...

so the car is in the shop right now and the kit is being installed as below in the after picture. I saw it after they cut it and it looks so sweet, this si how it should have looked like from versus. it's also even with the side skirts too. If you look at some of the installed pics of the kit, the front is closerr to the ground than the sides which is ugly and obviously gonna scrape if your dropped at all. I get the car back on monday and will def post picturs...

By the way, the total for the cutting and the grille modification and painting of the kit with installation was close to $900 in NY.

sweet, that's a good looking cl.
Looking at the beofre and aftr pics, it seems like adding the lights and cross bar filled some of unused space nicely.

I'm sure it will look like this, if not better in real life, my only concern was that the skirt would flap in the wind at high speed, but after they cut it and we mocked it on the car, it was very stout and fit perfectly. not too much play and that was without any mounting, imaginw when its done and has the tape and screws in the fender walls. I am so psyched, and I painted the splitters just in case this didn't work.

What's the offset on your wheels, front and back?
Also how did you make the grill and is the bottom bumper also customized?

the fronts and backs are both 43mm offset. the grille is gonna be customized with the black mesh and the inner grille removed so the mesh doesn't rest on anything. The lower front skirt was just trimed from the bottom up.

CLASSY, we can hook up with a few more heads and have a mini meet at burger King like last time.

what do yall think.

i ordered a full, carbon fiber splitter in replacement of the removed lip. i have already fitted one and it looks really hot. i had to order one because i needed one that would go from side to side.

thanks guys, i still hve to adjust the HKS mufflers and redo the grille, It got a little bent but no biggie. The drop seems to have raised an inch in the back, I don't know why, but it used to be 2 fingers, and now its three, weird. and finally the door sills have a minor rub where the doors shur, but it's nothing big, the body shop said to let it wear out and they'll buff it and repaint it if need be. I alrready got mad compliments on the street and the car has a more muscular stance. i love it...

just the outer grille, the mesh was scored and bent down the middle and the innergrille was cut out so nothing is pushing on the mesh...

See Ross...we could've done that to yours buddy...

An older guy in Ohio bought a kit off ebay from me & did something similar to his...that's what gave me the idea. I should've kept a kit to modify now that I've seen Rondog's...

It came out just like the pic.
