Vandalism

Ok i was at a party last night and when i came out this morning i noticed my CL was covered in beer and the sun roof didnt work. Then when i got home i noticed the hood, roof, and trunk were dented and scratched. There were also clear foot prints on the roof in the dust. Is there anything i can do about this? Should i call the police? I think i know who did it cause he was outside throwing up all night and it looks like his shoe prints. Any ideas? Thanks

Call the cops and report that shit. Get as much info as you can before you do. Talk to people that were at the party or even the neighbors.

There werent many people at the party so im pretty sure it was him. I think i might have my neighbor look at it (shes a cop) and then see what she has to say but i figured i would get your opinions too. I was just looking at it again and its going to be a hell of alot of money to fix and my deductable is $500 which i dont feel like paying because of this dumb ass. Thanks

It might be pretty easy to get $500 from him in small claims / conciliation court. Worth looking into at least if you know how to work it.

Something similar here. While at work, not a month and a half after getting the car, some....person...kicked a big dent in the front quarter...just now getting it fixed 'cause I'm just now getting over being ANNOYED as .... to have to pay $500 for something that was totally unnnecessary.

Taking it to the shop tommorrow. Front bumper to be heated and pulled (I HOPE) for $485.00 my deduct is $500 so I'm doing myself. Like I couldn't have found something to spend $500 bucks on.

Dude, if you know who did it there are 2 thing you can do:

1) Get the police to check the footprints and make a full report and have them check this guy out.

or

2) Knock on his door, drag him out of his house, and ram his fucking head into the hood, roof, and doors of his own car to even things up a bit so his car has the same dents and scratches. (Any damage to his head is an added bonus for fucking with you and will make him think twice about doing it again.)

I suggest #1 from a common sense point of view, and #2 from a revenge/vengence point of view.

Unfortunately, it has been my experience or pleasure to learn that most of these losers do this because they know they will never have the privilige of owning something so beautiful!!
