Argh, I ordered 4 Polarg M-4s for the doors / Map lights, and a Mini Max for the dome. My apt complex claims to not have the package in their office, and I didn't receive any note on my door. But USPS states that they were delivered on Tuesday April 9th(but not to who).

The UPS tracking system is soo much better. I hope Eautoworks sends me another set, somehow I doubt they will.

Has anyone else had a similar occurence? If so, how did eauto respond?

That's unfortunate. USPS Priority Mail does have tracking. If a package is too large for my mailbox, a key to a larger box is left in my small box. No notes on my door from Postman.

I would think E would replace them for you. Good luck.

Well from my experiences with companies, if the tracking number says that the product arrived, then that is good enough for them
I highly doubt that they will send you another pair, but keep your fingers crossed. Sorry to hear...it always sucks to lose your packages!

Dunno about you, guys, but we have a very good shop around here. They sell all those polargs and other parts for the cars for the same price and I don't get to pay for the delivery
