Update on fast brake big brake Kits!! for 99+ CL/TL

Ok here's what we know:

Two piece rotors with aluminum hat
12.2" diameter
1.1" or 1.25" thickness
directionsl vanes to promote for better cooling
brake line adaptors(allow for use of stock lines or aftermarket market lines that fit stock calipers)
adaptor hardware
wilwood poly D compound brake pads
Two piece wilwood superlite 4 piston calipers
all required mounting hardware

Fitment is being confirmed. With the 12.2" 16" rims is probably out of the question... although there's pretty high level of confidence that it will fit stock 17" rims. We are going for the 1.25" thick rotors, but if that doesn't work, we will do 1.1". With directional vanes, better cooling will be promoted which should help decrease warping issues. Plus with the larger rotor diameter, that should help as well.

Pricing will more than likely be sub $1000 for the kit. Slotting and x-drilling is a $100 option.

I don't know if the big brake kit on Accord v6 will fit ClS or TLS, but I got the rotora big brake kit. One of the best mod I ever have.

www.rotora.com
Fully cast and CNC machined to ensure the highest quality; Rotora's new 4-piston caliper brake kit system improves the pedal feel by increasing the clamping force while utilizing the stock master cylinder to ensure stock brake balance. Using Rotora's big brake kit, end users receive a race-setup performance solution combined with an appealing aesthetic application. Rotora big brake kit includes a pair of 1-piece cross-drilled and slotted vented "e-coated" black rotors (330mm or 295mm, depending on application), a pair of 2-piece cast aluminum 4-piston calipers (red or 3-D blue caliper of your choice), anodized black caliper mounting brackets, Rotora race pads, and stainless-steel braided brake lines (DOT approved).

You can get it for about 1300$ for the whole front system..

The braking system on the accord is different than the CL/TL. I already checked into that for this upgrade to make it wide spread to the accord guys.

That's too bad.... If they are the same, you can even use ITR and prelude brakes.. Spoon caliper... Endless 6 pistons.........

By the way, If there is enough demand, I can also ask rotora to develop a system for CL, TL... All they need to do is making a new caliper adapter..

But I don't think there will be enough people interested in the brake system.
