Ultimate Sluggishness :)

i forgot how sluggish our babies r in the heat

my temp readings varied between 90 and 107 at one point yesterday since i was standing still at lights and sh!t

not to mention no CAI growl until i reached like 6K

and it's gonna b the same today...no racing riceboys for me!!

you should try a combination of 113 an 300 lbs in the trunk..my car is the ultimate turd in the summer time.

This is gonna be the first summer I've had my CL, I guess it's good that I just installed my cai.

Yeah, but hot temps kill performance no matter what mods you have.

I think it's even worse for me. I have the Weapon R Short ram intake. Once the temps go up, performance goes WAY down. It's pretty embarrasing how slow our cars get in the heat. I tried passing a cab today (crown vic) and could barely do it.. UGH

hows your gas mileage in this heat?

i drove bout 20 miles today pretty aggressively and went through half a tank. beheh

no doubt chief...i filled up last night and am down a quarter tank with 67 miles on the reset odo

granted that's including sprints of 120 for a few miles, but still

any of you guys notice slower shifting and lagged response on the gas pedal.

can't say that i have...i shift pretty much normal, cept acceleration is a bitch!! it looks like the tach is in slow motion now hehe

Its always hot in hawaii, so I don't know if there is a difference!
Our dragstrip is always hot and is always blowing headwinds.

Driving in 95 degree weather and 75 degree weather is like night and day literally. My gas mileage sucks and I have degraded power. It doesn't help having a black car with a black interior either.
