uhh... is it just me or is the board in a diff time zone?

uhh... is it just me or is the board in a diff time zone?
I be in the Central time zone and the time always seems to be an hour ahead on the board. Does the software just stick with one time zone and everyone lives with it? It seemed like before (months ago) the board's time was in sync with Central. Has that changed?
see... central b where the Austin and Houston boyz R!.. and a couple Mods, too
BTW, am I the only one that notices that the board seems to take a while to load up or even post/reply as well? I've noticed it while on 3 different ISPs, ranging from DSL to T-3. ie: not as responsive as it used to be.
Just a subconscious thought...

i get that every once in a while too, sdont know waht the fuck that is and y it comes up. anyway, time zone works dine for me too cause i am in eastern and thats where it takes place.
