Just finished a 800 mile road-trip... no leaks! Drove with the E-Manage as well... no problems and fantastic gas mileage (> 400 miles / tank)

Theoretically it shouldn't, but I am sure it will drop 2-3mph. When under boost... all bets are off!

When he's not under boost! . . . that's like mattg trying to stay off the dyno. :P

All that is left is to now make the IC piping and do the installation!!

I love it!!! Man that looks great. You see many cars with FMIC but it takes on a classy look on the CL-S. All while having plenty to back it up.

Thanks... it is quite subtle and not the usual 'in your face' look most Honda's have. It's not quite as stealth as your setup, but it will do for now

Once finished with this kit, I'll look into an auto kit - anybody have an auto CLS in the area I can do some measurements for an hour or so?

Well, if it is made for an auto... it should fit the CL, CL-S, TL, TL-S as well

Glad I read the thread again.. to see if there were any new updates If you can make one for the auto, I will seriously consider over the SC... Someone in cali must want this... sadly on the east coast, or after reading that you need a car for measurement, I would have been over in a heart beat

This is for the CL Type-S which never came in a 5MT; just a 5AT or a 6-Speed MT.

Haha.. my wastegate spring is a 6.42psi spring... so given the usual pressure-drop I'll be seeing maximum of around 5.8psi. I don't think it's going to put down insane #'s with that kind of boost. Let me tune everything before raising the boost! If it puts 20whp more than the previous kit at this boost level, I'll be happy.

20 whp over previous setup? No Way, its gotta be higher than that.

You've gotta raise the bar!

I meant 20whp over the previous setup at the SAME boost-level. My last kit made peak horsepower at 5400RPM because the turbo was incorrectly sized. If you noticed Scalbert's dyno there is a good 40whp to be gained from 5400RPM to 7000RPM at a given boost-level. According to this theory the next kit should net 395whp @ ~6psi. Since that is optimistic, I went for 20+whp... around 365'ish whp.

Now... with boost turned up to 8-9psi and the 370cc injectors flowing a good chunk of fuel.. and the engine not blowing up... who knows ?!?

I think 425 WHP might be in the realm of possible.

Okay folks... Kit #1 is complete and here is a picture of all the fabricated items (minus the intercooler which is already mounted in the car):

http://f1.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/gun...&.dnm=87e1.jpg

Aside from some prep work and installing the injectors, everything is ready for install. Kit #2 should be ready in ~1 week or slightly longer.
