turbo cl type s?

i found this place in montaray park which will turbo my cl (with a custom made turbo and all the goodies) for 5000 bux. i dunno if its worth it? anyone have any ideas? also my friend knows this guy who makes turbo applications for any car..he turbo'd his freaking RANGE ROVER! it hawls ass now i think it was the 4.6 anyways..any ideas? i was thinking about the tranny thing that everyone keeps talking about and how our tranny can't take the pressure..what do you think? i was thinking of putting a sorta small turbo so it wouldn't take till the race is over to spool..and running like 10 lbs? let me know what you guys think.. i know 5g is a lot, but then again i live in beverly hills! just kiddin, it's still a whole lot but how much will the supercharger be is the real question..i also heard you can get more power out of a turbo then a supercharger..this true?

Chris, dude ur in cali..i can hook ya up if you got the cash..it'll probably be cheaper too cuz i gotta wholesale license..but anywayz, all my cash is going into da bills and the headers. can anyone get headers cheaper then 800 bux? please let me know like NOW cuz i wanna get em

BTW..don't you tink 1200 bux is high for HEADER?! civic headers are like freakin 300 bux! it's NOT FAIR! damn monopolies! too bad it's not like the game where i can buy all the land and build hotels and make you PAY! i'll make you all pay!! just kiddin i still love ya all

the turbo kit HKS made, had the turbo after the headers and before the cat. It's a weird concept....but you could take the comptech headers and still go turbo

i think you should look @ a trade in for the 2002 cl-s manual. auto with 200+, turbo is too much for the tranny. if you deciede to keep the auto car then you need a torque converter or call stage 10 or 8.... whatever it's called. they make the tranny more performance wise. i like super chargers more becuz you dont have to wait for it to spool.....the power is always there. the good thing about turbos is that they are a lil cheaper and very ez to change and adjust boost levels. my two cents mofo'

I'd go with a supercharger over the turbo...might put out slightly less hp, but then you have the warranty to cover any problems (which a s/c is barely known to have)
