Troubleshooting some problems please

Okay I have the header repaired and it fixed the noise from the engine, but still, when I accelerate I hit a sound that's not too loud, but noticeable when the radio is off. It sounds like a baseball card in between spokes on a bike. It seems like it's coming out of the AC dash area, but I can't be sure. It only happens when I hit the gas, and it happens no matter if the AC is on or not.

Also there seems to be a mechanical sound coming from below where the suspension is when I hit the gas. Could it be that my heat shield is too close to the rotor and its rubbing? I don't think that would be right though since this sound happens when I hit the gas.

Thirdly, I'm hearing a loud ticking noise coming from the drivers side near the IAC valve or whatever it's called. I replaced it sometime last year I believe to get rid of the noise, but do I really have to replace it again, or could it be something near that area?

Thanks for any help you guys can provide!

Last issue is the purge control solenoid. It normally makes a ticking noise and sometimes they get a little loud. No reason to replace it unless the noise really bothers you.

You could have some debris (leaves) in your vents causing that card in the spokes sound. There is a DIY i believe. I think you'd access it same place as your air filters - behind the glove box.

There's always air coming through the vents even if the A/C is off, unless you have pressed the OFF button. Try pushing it and see if the sound stops.

When I turn the A/C off of course I hit the off button. When I do, the sound is still there.

I'm just saying you can hit the little button under the display that turns the A/C on or off, and underneath that is the large OFF button that turns the whole vent system off. Just trying to help.
