Transmission Temperature Sensor circuit
my 2001 CL-S has a blinking D5 with code PO710 ( Trans temp sensor ) just wondering if the sensor is the same for a 2001- 2007 3.0 V6 Honda, are they interchangeable with the 2001 3.2 Acura

A quick search on the parts website for an accord V6 (AV6) and the 2001 CL show that both transmissions use that part number.
If you look that part up on the website it will show "vehicle fitment" with both of those cars listed. I'd say you're in the clear...by the way, I had that same code when I installed my AV6 and found that the pins inside the connector (the male side) had pushed through and weren't making contact...after re-seating and clearing the ECU that went away.
Something to keep in mind when going to install a new sensor...
