Transmission oil change interval

I need to know at what milage the first automatic transmission fluid change is recommended as per the Owner's Manual for a 2003 Acura CL-S. I believe it is 100,000 miles. I no longer have this car, but while I owned it the transmission failed at 153,286 KMS (95,248 miles). I paid for the repair myself. I have sued Acura for compensation in small debts court. My transmission failed while I was travelling in the US - I am a Canadian. The service manager at the Acura dealership that performed the serviced advised me that I would have been covered by TSB 02-027 if I had purchased the vehicle in the USA. My claim is that I have been discriminated against because I am a Canadian. They are claiming that I did not maintain the transmission and I am countering that the transmission did not require any service (as per their own manual) before 100,000 miles. This interval may be shorter for Canadian vehicles, but again I am claiming there is no significant differences in conditions in the US and Canadian markets - there is an Acura dealership in Anchorage, AK. I would appreciate your replies. I will post the outcome in the next few weeks.

Here's a link to the service schedule:

For Canadian vehicles the severe maintenance schedule should be followed, which says the tranny fluid should be changed at 60k miles. For normal conditions it is scheduled for 120k miles. Good luck with the lawsuit.

Mine went at 117,000 miles and 8 1/2 years and Acura is replacing it. I just have to pay the labor.
