Transmission fluid obsrevation
Transmission fluid observation
I have an aunt with a 00 TL. She has 15,000 miles on it and I just checked the transmission fluid and it is light pink in color. I just took my car to PAA to get the transmission fluid flushed. My car also has 15,000 miles. The color of mine was black. It did not smell burnt at all. My aunt drives like grandma, so i don't know if that has something to do with it. Now, I really don't beat on my car. Maybe once a week, I WOT but I would hardly call that beating on it. I just think its strange for the same engine to have 2 completely different colors for the transmission fluid at the same mileage.
