trailer hitch

I was stuck in traffic today and noticed a White CL-S with a trailer hitch. Which isn't really a problem, but they had the kind where the metal piece that holds the ball slides into the rest of the hitch.

They weren't towing anything and the ball was sticking up halfway covering the license plate and it just looked funny. Especially with the Arkansas plates (no jokes please - believe me I've heard them all )

I was about to snap some pics but unfortunately had left my digital camera at the office

Know what you mean... I used to get funny looks when I towed my jetski behind my dropped '95 accord. Kinda comical, but when the boat ramps where covered with algae, I could pull stuff out with my front wheel drive (wheels up on the ramp where it's not very wet) better than guys in small pickups. Always got looks then too!

I used to tow my wave runner and my quad on a trailer behing my 99 Camaro SS... I got some pretty funky looks and I could still beat people in a race!

Don't need one on my CL-S.

Hey Guys,
Anyone want to buy a custom trailer hitch for your CL-S? It is a 11/4" carrier type, perfect for bike rack etc. It tucks under the rear bumper and is almost invisible when there is no bike rack in the reciever. I paid $300. to have it made, but no longer need it. Make me an offer.

I towed a jetski for years with no problems with my brakes in my accord, so I'm it's sufficient for anything you'd likely tow.

What kind of hitch is it?
