Tracked at Bremerton today

I went w/ my 19's on the car despite the poor 14.1 @ 102mph I ran w/ them last time. Remember, I ran a 13.6@105 w/ the stock 17's.

Anyway, I bested a 13.7@104 w/ a 2.1 60'. I didn't have a helmet and I couldn't get anyone to loan me one so they told me to either let off the gas a little or go home. Needless to say, after running against a Mach1 (auto) and having to back off the throttle at the end only to have him beat me didn't feel fair...so I went home.

All things considered, excellent time. You should run with the stockers and see what you can put down... I'm sure a low 13 is in your reach.

Not this one. I even asked a few of the muscle car guys that were camping for the main Saturday event if I could borrow theirs in exchange for my ID or something...no takers.

About 70 degrees on the first run (13.9 pass) and the 13.7 pass was in 65 degree weather. Clear skies. Track was a little slippery compared to the Pacific Raceway track in Kent.

I just thought of one key difference in my last few track days. Yesterday and the day I ran with the 17's I had some 100 octane fuel mixed in the tank w/ 92 (about 50/50). The first time w/ the 19's where I did the 14.1 I was running straight 92.

Oh yeah, the IMRC was unplugged yesterday too...no pinging.
