Touch up paint?

I havea 03 anthracite CL, and I wanted to ask folks here where to get the best touch up paint for a couple small paint chips near the wheel and front hood areas. Have any brand recommendations?

thanks,
andy

I wouldn't do anything. Most times the touch up paint will look worse then the chip.

Yup, touch up paint does not look good. I've tried white, black and both = no good.

Touch up paint takes time, beer, and a steady hand to look good. Unless the chip is huge, NEVER use the brush. Use a tooth pick instead. Oh, and you can get your exact color at the dealer. I got mine for free. They even had to special order it for me and I still got it for free.

The paint I got from the dealer was very watered down. Tried the tooth pick method & the brush. Both didn't work for me. The paint washed off after the first wash also.

I'm in Boston, so my concern is less how it looks but more about having the chip rust and spread. Folks in the NE know what I'm talkin about...

I used Langka with great success. Used Duplicolor in satin silver. The factory touch-up did not work well for me and Honda/Acura touch-up paint does not work well with Langka. The factory stuff does not dry fast enough for Langka to work properly.

Another option is if it's just on your hood, now will be a good time to get a carbon fiber one. Not have to deal with it at all.

Another option is clear nail polish. I'm from NYC so I do know what I'm talking about.
