Are they a good dealership?


I'm taking my car in this week to get the cupholder cover replaced, gear shift trim replaced (peeling),

and


to get my power steering fluid topped off.



Anyone go there? I'm stuck in MD on business, and am forced to take it here.

 

No idea. I go to Rosenthal Acura in g-burg.

 

Tischer is pretty good. However, my experience is that, they seem to cater to the "target Demographic" more so than the avg joe. I guess it's cuz they get to sell Porsche too

 

...i just got back from there about 30 minutes ago. trust me...if you can get a loaner or get a ride home...DO IT!! they were going to but a part in my cd player because it was jammed (damn cd covers!!) the dude said it would take an hour. well, after an hour and a half i asked them what was the hold up and they said they are replacing my entire cd player with a new and it would be another 45 minutes. but that's my first experience with them, but not too bad considering thay are trying to look out for me on the cd player.

 

I used to go there all the time until i found out about radley acura service hours (7:30 am - 2:00 am ) If you go to tischer, go to the service advisor Tina (the only pretty chick there) and she will hook you up. She always dealt with me in a professional manner and she was nice. They use enterprise rentals so don't expect to get a fancy car for a loaner. The best i got out of them was a corrola.

 

They have been fine. Only complaint, they changed my oil & filter and I told them not to ... = next service free.

Don't like Enterprise, make your appointment early and request an Acura loaner. Then confirm you appointment a week in advance. They do have Acura loaners, just need to ask a few times. Maybe I was just lucky, had an 03 TL.

 

Rosenthal uses Enterprise too, which is gay because I should get at least a TLP/CLP loaner.

I usually get a Monte Carlo or something similar from them as the loaner. Never had a compact car as a loaner.

At Chevy Chase Acura in Bethesda, I've gone through TWO loaners in the past 2 days! Both RSXs. I killed the first one's battery this afternoon. Rain was a bitch! My car is 2 days in the dealer for RATTLES!

 

does anyone know if Ticsher does aftermarket installs? just about everytime i go up there they have some modded rsx or that white & blue integra sitting out front and i was ust wondering if they do the work there.
