How much tint do you guys recommend on a Satin Silver body? I'm debating.. Any pics?

I suggest polarized tint on a silver car...it looks great!! I have the Llumar Polarized tint on mine and I love the way it looks!!!

What's special about this Llumar stuff? It's not incredibly dark, it seems.. Do most places have it? What did it cost to tint?

It's just a brand. Like any other. Some think it's the best, some not. It's a very good brand, not cheap stuff. 3M makes another good one. It also has a lifetime no fault warranty. Cost me $145.

 

I have Llumar brand as well. I paid $180 for the sides and the back and $100 for the front.

 

when you say front, i'm assuming you mean front windows, and not the windshield.. right? (just checking)

 

Your in the state of Maryland & the lowest legal limit you can have is 35%. It all depends if the cops are going to pick on you or not if you go lower than 35%. If a shop does put anything on the car that is lower than 35% you would not have any warranty if the cops make you take it off. If I were you I would go with the 35% dark gray or charcol color that s most used.

Yep, $150-175 is right. I got a lifetime warranty on them.. It looks so dark because it is so bright outside, but I have no problem seeing at night.
