Its not really a percent. He's got the same thing I've got, which is a marking film (Oracal 8500 Series). I work with vinyl so....I stock it at work. You can get middle grey which he and I have, or black.

^oh, i see. coz rockblocker has 20% and 35% and from what i understand their 35% is darker. ok now im confused....
