Hey everyone...need some input. CA drivers are preferred, but anyone that knows will be helpful.


What, if any, is the % you can have on your front sides. I always thought you couldn't have more than the factory tint. But I went to a website that has you select the State you live in to show you the %'s of each window you can have. DAMN I wish I could remember what the URL was..DAMN.

Anyways, the site said basically :
REAR: any
REAR SIDES: any
FRONT SIDES: up to 70%
FRONT: 4" from top

need verification anyone.

Wow that is interesting. I thought you could not have any tint on the front sides in CA. Looks like you can. Cool.

 

your numbers are right..
but forget the law..

just get at least 35% all around..
go gansta and get 20% all around..

light tint looks ghey IMO.. and very dark in back, and too light in front isn't nice either..

but the blue tint on the CLK is kinda pimp

I have 35% all around metallic.. love it..

I would like to "forget the law" but I would rather not have the tickets and them riding my a$$ all the time...Stockton and Tracy Cops have nothing else better to do that ride ya.
