Throttle Body Bypass
Throttle Body Bypass
Hey Guys,
I got my Thermoblok spacers which I am going to install as soon as I get the gaskets for them. I was wondering if anybody in a cold climate has run their car with the throttle body bypassed. The Thermoblok website says it's not necessary but then they send you a fitting to use to bypass it and the instructions say the only problem would be rough running after sustained high speed runs which will go away if you allow the car to sit at idle for a bit. I'll probably skip it for now but I was just wondering what's the worst thing that could happen? Could it cause the TB to stick open?
